Build ===== In addition to basic C development tools, the following is needed: * scons 2.3.0 or later * check Run scons --help to see the various options for building the library Run "scons test" to run the test suite Note that scons v 2.3.1 or later is recommended, since scons v 2.3.0 has a bug which prevents shared libraries from re-building properly.
